Hi ti team，

During the mass production of the TPA3116, a significant number of defective units have been encountered, with the failure symptom being no audio output. Could you please review the schematic diagram below to check if any modifications are needed?

    hi switch

    1.there is no lc filter be showed in the plot. have customer used that? it is pbtl mode, usually lc filter is a must.

    2.the input 220pf seems are a lpf, not sure whether it affect the high frequency band or signal quality. if remove it, does it affect any signal quality?

    3.the SGND has to be connected with all other GND. pls make sure customer connect all gnd.

    1、there is Filter in the plot ,pls check another picture

    2、Yesterday we conducted an experiment where we removed the 10uF capacitor of PIN 4, but there was still a problem of high voltage

    as the SGND has to be connected with all other GND. pls make sure customer connect all gnd.--------We confirm that SGND connected with the GND

    1, have you try to remove 220pf cap? 10uF cap should be kept in the Sch.

    2. you mentioned problem at high voltage, you mean no sound? so the no sound you mention only happen at high power?

    3.can you give more detail about your problem?

    -no sound happen at what kind of situation? power up status? output high power?

    -can you test some waveform before LL1A, is there pwm waveform?

    -when no sound, has the fault pin report any fault?
