Hi!

As the title says: Does this part use a Digital to PWM modulator?

I read the datasheet, but I could not find any mention of the modulator used.

Hi Rino,

This part takes digital audio input and convert it to analog using the DAC and finally provide PWM based Class-D outputs.

Ah, I see. I hope you don't mind me asking, but is the TAS5808 and TAS5825 the latest chips from TI that uses a digital to PWM conversion?

Hi Rino,

TAS5805 and TAS5825 are different class of devices. They are stereo and 20+ Watt amps, whereas the TAS2320 is a mono amp. They all are digital input amps though. Let us know your requirements and we can suggest the best solution for you.
