TPA3255: Selection of C_START capacitor to minimize startup time

Our application requires a rapid startup of the TPA3255 and the limitation appears to be the startup ramp as a function of the C_START capacitor. Can someone please provide additional information about selection of this capacitor, charging current, thresholds, etc.? The datasheet has minimal information on this topic.

    Hi Nathan,

    The datasheet has recommended values for C_START to minimize pop noise on a speaker. If you decrease this capacitance, you may be able to enter play mode faster. Section 8.3.8 of the TAS3251 datasheet has more information on the C_START functionality.
