I use USB to connect TAS6754 and use it as audio input signal, but it shows FS error in sampe frequency.

I have set the device in Hi-Z and connect to loads, but sample frequency still error.
I use USB as audio input, and set J13:D / J21:USB / J19:open.
EVM document says: Set the switches S1 and S2, to pull low STANDBY and PD, the red LED will turn on
So I set the switches to pull low.
What can I do to try to fix it?
Ping Han,
Would you confirm which version PPC3 you are using? i just tried latest verison GUI and see correct report.

And I use outer I2C to control, and then it can in play mode(it has PWM), but PPC3 still shows sleep mode.
Ping Han,
Yes, set the status is not related with FS error detection. FS error is just a detection function,
Ping Han,
Please check the TAS6754 SW version. i guess the 3.2.1 you feedback is PPC3 version, instead SW version for TAS6754.

Ping Han,
This is correct version. I tried to revisit your description again, not able to reproduce the problem, i donlt have another IIC control on hand. To make your eveluation progress move ahead, i would suggest not do this way, as two master put on IIC could potentially makes some conflict.

I use GUI to set Hi-Z, but I see the register map is still in sleep mode.

But when I use only one I2C control its still cannot set Hi-Z snd then amp on.
The figure is not connect to the EVM, and the sample rate shows error, when I connect to the EVM, apply config., and play the music in 48kHz, the sample rate is still error.
Ping Han,
Seems like we have some problem on make the issue clearly described and understood. Would you mind to record a video on how you operate and show the problem.
I can't fully understand the description about "can't set Hiz and then AMP on".
But when I use only one I2C control its still cannot set Hi-Z snd then amp on.
The FS detection not correct seems not able to be reproduced in my side.
the EVM I set up like this way, use USB as audio input and play the 1k tone
and then open PPC3 and click TAS6754
enter TAS6754 (sampling frequency shows error)
click 'connect' (sampling frequency still shows error)
click 'apply config.'
set Hi-Z
the register map has changed
but when I set 'play', there's no any output
I want to know why the sampling frequency is error, and how to amp on?
