Does TAS2505 allow for routing DAC signal into SPK amplifier, and simultaneously routing different signal from AIN to HP amplifier?
Figure 3-6 from Reference Guide suggest it should be possible, but register description has confusing position: "1100: AINL and AINR routed to Mixer A to HP driver". What "Mixer A" it refers to?

Use this image as a guide for deciding what mixer a and b actually are. Consider some of the "a" and "b" descriptions in register 12 typos. Mixer A is Mixer P & Mixer B is Mixer M
Bits d7 and d6 route signals to Mixer P and bits d5 and d4 route signals to Mixer M. The register write control instructions can be considered accurate as well.

So in that case I'm not interested in using D7:D4, as every reference to HP within its description refers to P1/R22 backfeed from mixer P.
Do I understand correctly that setting register 12 to 00000010 (=only D1 set), will route DAC output to SPK driver, and AINL to HP driver?

Considering the i2c instruction for reg 12 correct, Reg 12 with 0000 0010'b i2c write would turn off the analog routing and enable the AINL attenuator routed to HP driver.
first 4 bit: 0000
last 4 bit: 0010
