I need to replace this NPN transistor but the part number does not cross to anything. Can you suggest a replacement device?

I tried that. No joy. This device was made by TI, but I suspect it may have been a custom made transistor since it does not have a standard part number marked on the top. Then again, it my simply be a standard transistor with custom markings. I was hoping some TI engineer could look back in the past (1985 based on the date code) and cross this device part number to something currently available.

Brian, I don't see any record of 13560-1B part number or marking in the system. It may have been obsolete for a very long time. If you can provide key parameters/specs, we can try to help you find an alternative solution.
