Circuit for converting differential input to single-ended output using NE5532P chip
When connected, the input voltage (2Vrms) changes.
Audio_in_R- = 2Vrms ------> A point= 1.33Vrms
Audio_in_R+ = 2Vrms------> B point =1.7Vrms
Q1:First of all, is it true that the voltage drops asymmetrically in this circuit?
Q2:Is there any way to solve the asymmetric voltage?

We do not have a model for the NE5532 device. For this reason I have simulated the circuit using the newer version of this device; TLV9362. The Tina simulation can be found at the bottom of this post. Tina Ti is our free simulation tool and can be downloaded here:

I do not see the asymmetry you have mentioned. Can you measure the DC voltages as shown below to ensure the DC biasing is measuring as expected?
The resulting waveforms should be close to my simulation results below
