In my customer's product,
the output noise becomes large in the noise measurement when the input terminal is opened.
The output noise becomes large in the amplifier circuit with GAIN=28dB and frequency characteristic FLAT.
Normal product: 80 ~ 100 μV
Defective product: 440 ~ 500 μV
The number of 5/200 has occurred.
•The circuit consists of a current feedback amplifier. 3 operational amplifiers are used in the first stage.
•Noise has been reduced by replacing LM4562. They are considering the possibility of IC failure.
I would like to get some advices on this matter.
