    In general all the available information for a given part could be found  at product page. To find the available data such as Quality, reliability & packaging information, in the product page\,  go to the very end of the page, click on the View or download and a new page opens up. 

    And the new page has any info that we have available.  Other available  information including guideline, certificates and etc .. is at the very end of this page.

    Hi Arash,

    Thank you. I know how to find those data on line. But you did not correctly understand what I want. What my customer needs is a kind of functional safety information to aid in a functional safety system design. All -Q1 device has such kind of document but need to be request separately. For example, below is the FMA document for OPA2376-Q1. I want similar document for PCM1754-Q1. The web page you mentioned does not include this document.

    If this document needs to be requested , I am not the right person. I asked around and the answer is " this type of document doesn't exist for this old part. If functional safety is a concern,  it has to be implemented in the system level as we do not have this document for this specific old part."
