My customer is looking into TAA5412-Q1 datasheet, and it seems there are two slightly different package dimension for WQFN(RTV) package: p.179 Mechanical Data and p.180 Package Outline.

Which package information should customer use for PCB design?

Hi Muwei,

Can you comment on the exact difference you're seeing. The images shown are for mechanical, board layout, and package outline so they are different.

Below are some of the differences we see. Just very little differences but want to confirm which is correct.

I believe this may be a formatting issue when drawing the diagrams, but I will loop you in a conversation with product engineer offline to confirm.
