TAS2563: External Components for TAS2563

Hi Sirs,

    I would like to find the inductors (L2 and L3) for my system (with TAS2563) . However,  I looked around and it seems there is no 0402 size that meets the 2A current specification. Could you please give me some advice on how to purchase inductors? Thanks.

    Hi Paul,

    The characteristics from Table 8-1 are actually for ferrite bead rather than inductor. Inductor size for the mentioned rated current would be bigger indeed.
    If you need to design LC filter, please make sure to consider the speaker impedance around the filter resonance frequency for the Q factor calculation. Speaker impedance at higher frequencies can be considerably higher compared to the rated impedance, thus affecting the filter frequency response as well.
