CC85XX Interface to Mobilephones/iPods

Hello,

Can we configure CC85XX device to the bluetooth mobile phones or ipods? If yes, do you have any application notes on the device pairing?

How do we configure purepath wireless device to bluetooth mobilephone/ipods in autonomous operation? I am looking at an application where one of the purepath wireless chip would be configured as microphone and need to interface this wireless microphone with bluetooth mobilephones to record the sounds. Can I have this application developed? I didn't see any information from the product datasheets and user guide about pairing the purepath wireless device with other bluetooth devices.

Please provide some insight on this application. I would appreciate for your prompt reponse on this subject.

Hi Raghu,

CC85xx devices cannot communicate with bluetooth devices. The CC85xx devices uses a propriatary protocol.

Do you have any other means where I can communicate with mobile phone via purepath chip, may be some add-on modules.

Do you recommend any alternative TI bluetooth components which could be used to achieve my target application?
