Hi Ishibashi-san,
This will depend on your specific settings. Overall you can add together your dB gains of each feature (analog gain, digital boost, volume control, etc.) to know the full gain. Also note the digital clipper is not adjusting the gain. This is just setting the clip point of the amplifier.

For example, does 19.2dBV mean that when a 1V sine wave signal is input, an output of about 9.12V is obtained?

Hi Ishibashi-san,
This is a digital input amplifier, so if the input is a full scale signal (0 dBFS) and you do not have any other settings altering the gain, then yes.
