TAS2563: Clicking problem when playing low frequency audio signals

I have the clicking problem almost identical to a recent post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/audio-group/audio/f/audio-forum/1495287/tas2563-an-abnormal-sound-appear-when-playing-the-clip-150-200-wav

That question was resolved by somebody taking the .pp3 file and making the changes, then re-posting the fixed file

I am trying to troubleshoot this issue but I cannot find the "pilot tone timing" settings that were reportedly changed in PurePath Console. Can somebody provided a method for finding these settings?

Hi Ben,

We can help with similar adjustments on the configuration, please share your PPC3 file as well. This is a limited feature thus cannot be manipulated simply using the GUI.

If possible, can you share information about your speaker? Is there an online data sheet of it that we can refer to? We're working on identifying the cases where such effect occurs.
