Could you help check why test the TAS2563EVM in the last step “Checking audio playback” will keep running and not go to the next as below picture?

    Hi Zoe,

    You may skip this step at the previous screen and see if that lets you continue with the process.
    We've seen some instability issues with the USB controller in some PCs,
