My customer (Uni-trend) is designing the new SMU project and use ADI's ADA4625-1ARDZ. Could you help to recommend the most suitable device to replace ADI? P2P would be better. Thanks.

    This cross to OPA1633 does not appear to make complete sense to me.

    I can work on suggesting a high-speed amps device for you.  However, have you seen the OPA828 from our high voltage amps (HVA) group?  This device is a JFET op-amp in the same performance class.

    Let me know your thoughts.  I can promote a high-speed amp here, but we may need to examine trade-offs.  A high-speed device may not be able to swing rail-to-rail at the output, which I am not sure if that is a key need or not due to the high potential supply voltage.
