Dear TI package engineers,
PCM1841QRGERQ1 is VQFN (RGE) | 24.
However, the package dimension drawing on the datasheet does not include the dimensions of the side electrodes.
What are the electrode heights and tolerance dimensions for the external side leads?
e.g. : 1mm±0.2mm
Please refer to the attached explanatory drawing.

We have attached a new cross-section diagram.
I would know the Height of exposed lead frame surface of side.
What is the height in mm indicated by the red arrow in the image? Thank you.

Your answer "0.08mm" is the coplanarity value, right?
I will add one more explanatory image.
I think 0.08mm is a smaller value than expected.
But if it is correct, I will share it with our customers.

Thank you. I still understand the dimension to be 0.08mm
The two black lines cover the distance between the top of the electrode and the bottom plane of the device, so this should be the height you are looking for.
