TPA3116D2: Schematic Review

Part Number: TPA3116D2

Tool/software:

Class D Amplifier.pdf

I have a schematic here I would like to get checked for any glaring issues. By my calculations PVCC should be 18V, and VCC is ~12V coming from a 3S2P lithium ion battery pack. I am nervous about using two switch mode power supplies for current sharing, but I would like some advice on whether or not two are needed. Each one should be able to handle ~5A. The circuit is somewhat overpowered I think, but I want to power two 2.5" 4Ω speakers each with 20W RMS and 40W max handling. I was wondering, since my TPA3116 is set to gain mode of 26dB in master mode, and my speakers cannot handle the full power of the amplifier, would I be able to use just one power supply (i.e. less than 5A is drawn by my circuit)?
