When into PLAY mode, CP will be PVDD+5V.

Between CBC_TOP and CBC_BOT, it's also 5V. Each of the pin will switching with PVDD level. You could check their waveform to find out.

We checked the waveform, and the results are as follows. If you notice any problems with this waveform, please let us know.
The blue line is PVDD. Another line is CPC_TOP.

By the way, where is the power generated by the charge pump supplied?

We were unable to determine this from the block diagram in the data sheet.

The charge pump generated 5V power for OUTM high side drive, coming from GVDD.
