My customer Bosch are using PCM6240-Q1 for their project.
They met an issue that only 2pcs PCM6240 can not produce voice in -40℃, and it will recover normally when chamber temp rose to -35 ℃. Other boards are good, fail rate 2/100 pcs. They tried A-B-A swapping, the failure will follow PCM6240.
Register dump at -40℃ and -35℃ as below:
They confirmed the MICBIAS, Power and TDM CLK are all good at 40℃, so can't understand why fault reported.
Pin voltage as below, no difference observed.
BTW, there is also 1pcs PC6260-Q1 on the board cascade with PC6240-Q1， but don't have such issue.
Can you please provide some suggestions to analysis this issue?
