Can you clarify what you mean with regards to the requirement of "deriving biquad filters based on noise signature"? The TLV320ADC3120 has programmable digital biquad filters, described in this app note: TLV320ADCx120 and PCMx120-Q1 Programmable Biquad Filter Configuration and Apps (Rev. B)
