TPA3255: Changing the capacitor on Pin 20 VBG from 1uF to 10uF

Hi,

In PBTL mode,

when an input signal of 1.4Vrms activates the output,

the TPA3255 sometimes triggers output protection, resulting in no output.

After changing the input signal to 1Vrms, the output still fails to activate.

After changing the capacitor on Pin 20 VBG from 1uF to 10uF, the TPA3255 output stabilizes. Does this modification pose any risks?

    Hello,

    This is just a decoupling cap so there isn't any risk of damage to the device, but we can't guarantee this will always / fully solve the problem. Using the below table, can you help confirm what error was triggering?
