THD+N differential vs single-ended performance can be found on page 8-9 on the datasheet. Are you looking for something more specific here? The standard for measuring THD+N is to use a -1dBFS input, but the value -98dB from the data sheet is accepted as the full-scale differential THD+N.

Just to confirm, as long as the differential input AC signal voltage does not exceed 2 Vrms, then THD+N and SNR will maintain the spec as indicated in the datasheet right?

Hi John,
The datasheet specs are only measured to fit the specific input described in the test conditions. Inputs that exceed differential 2Vrms will certainly degrade these specs, but inputs much smaller than full scale may as well.
