Thanks for your reply, I read your recommended documents, currently I am waiting for EVM ordered for next step debugging.
I am worrying about this issue is caused by our hardware since the hardware used is jump wired based on one TAS2505 COB. The I2S signal is very bad, I doubt the MCLK or BCLK is too bad for PLL input. The following is the captured I2S signal (the host MCU playback is 16bit, standard I2S, 44.1khz, MCLK is 11.2896MHz. The TAS2505 I2C registers setting is based on example 5.1 in TAS2505 Application Reference Guide (Rev. C), the pop can be heard after the register settings):
