Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2572
Tool/software:
Hi
My EVB is "TAS2574", but PPC3 Tool always recognize previous version "TAS2572"
How to fix this problem?
Hi,
Understand your problem. I will test on my side and discuss internally, then get back to you with a solution. Thanks for your patience.
Hi,
After check, I suspect HWID programmed in the EVM would be 2572. That’s why ppc3 GUI recognizes it as 2572. Thanks
Hi
The Information as below
I had Write the command"w a0 00 00 54 41 53 32 35 37 32 2d 45 56 4d 00 52 45 56 2d 41 00 53 2f 4e 2d 30 30 30 30" for EVM trouble shooting,
How can I write the correct command for TAS2574?
Hi,
Do you confirm that it is indeed TAS2574-EVM or it is actually a TAS2572-EVM? If it is TAS2574, can you share the full screenshot of the info popup? Then I will send EEPROM writes to change the evmid. Thanks.
Hi,
After carefully check, I found that you have written TAS2572-EVM as evm id based on your command.
Please write this command to change evm id to TAS2574-EVM:
w a0 00 00 54 41 53 32 35 37 34 2d 45 56 4d 00 52 45 56 2d 41 00 53 2f 4e 2d 30 30 30 30
After writing this command and reconnect the TAS257x PPC3, the evm should be recognized as TAS2574-EVM.
Hi,
It is great to hear that. Thanks for telling me that the issue is resolved. Good day!
