TPA6304-Q1: Noise in TI amplifier causing audio disturbance during the shutdown of ECU

We have integrated the amplifier TPA6304-Q1 into the ECU. During the forceful shutdown of the ECU, there is audio disturbance observed from connected speakers through external amp speakers. After doing the analysis found that issue caused due to noise introduced in amplifier. Can you please suggest how to prevent the noise during the shutdown? We have tried muting of the amplifier during the shutdown, but it is not helping.

Attached is the pic showing the noise generated on the amplifier.

Hi Rajeev,

In your pic, the waveform to the right is the DC Load diagnostics running. What occurred to make the amplifier go into DC Load diagnostics? You said the ECU was forced to shutdown. Is the Engine control unit? To trigger DC Load Diagnostics, the device has either had a fault or a restart. I need more information from the test to understand why the device had DC Load Diagnostic start.

Sorry for the confusion. ECU here means "Electronic control unit". Integrated the TI amplifier to ECU which have infotainment functionality(Playback of USB media, Tuner audio etc) via the external amplifier connected speakers. The TI amplifier is configured for Line driver mode. And during the shutdown mode we dont do any specific config changes that forces DC Load diagnostics. We followed your guide to configure it in Line driver mode. Please check if there is any issue with the config?
