Hi team,
My customer are doing the MIC open load, short to battery test. PCM6240 config as below:
① After initialization, remove all 4 MIC，four channel report open load. ---OK
② MIC1 short to battery only，report short to battery + open load. ---abnormal
③ Then MIC2, MIC3, MIC4 short to battery separately ，report short to battery only. ---OK
Customer asked why MIC1 short to battery only, the channel report short to battery + open load at the same time? Can you please help review their config and provide some potential cause?
