TAD5212-Q1: TAC5X1X-Q1-SW - access denied

Hi dear people,

I just decided to migrate from the TLV320DAC3203 to the TAD5212-Q1.

I have asked access to the PUREPATHCONSOLE, which I received, 

and to the TAC5X1X-Q1-SW software, for which I became a denial.

Is there any reason for it? I would appreciate, if I could receive access to this resource too.
