TAS5825MEVM: Need an initial dsp firmware for tuning audio PA

I think you have get the TAS5825 PPC3 app.

first, please finish a tuning, you can refer to the guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slaa894

after you have a tuning, you can go to TAS5825M Home in PPC3 app, and find the "End System Integration" block, and then step by step next to generate a configuration file like *.h file.
