PCM2706C: Can't get audio output from PCM2706+PCM5102 combination

Hello experts,

Sorry for bothering you about this problem. 

I am working on an early stage of a personal audio device, based on PCM2706/PCM5102 and OPA1622. But right now, I am in trouble with the audio output of both devices. I can't get any sound on both the PCM2706 audio and PCM5102 analog output interfaces.

I attach my schematic of the USB audio interface and welcome any suggestions and comments. 

I haven't set the labels on the PCM2706C analog interface, but I used wires connecting this output interface and the amplifier, no output.

    For additional information:

    1. System can identify the USB device, but I'm not sure whether it's working properly.

    2. I can see the correct I2S data on Pins

    3. Pin set:

    - FLT = low

    - DEMP=low

    -XSMT=high

    -FMT=low

    4. PCM5102A Pin 18 no voltage, expected ~1.8V

    5. PCM5102A Pin2-4 charge pump no voltage, excepted -1.6~-1.8V
