What version of PPC3 and the TAS5825EVM-SW are you using? I would recommend using the latest version of the app (3.1.16

OS:                  Win 11 Enterprise 23H2

PPC3:             v3.2.1
platform:           build 306

TAS5825M:      3.1.16

Can you try downloading the latest version of PPC3 to see if this fixes your issue?

Also does any of the other functionalities in PPC3 work such as the tuning and audio processing menu?

Thanks a lot, I have downloaded the latest version of PPC3 and installed it.

the new PPC3 can be accessed on the following page.

but unfortunately , It got stuck on the following step.

maybe there is an initialization problem on the EVM board? or is it related to FW on the board?

Hi Alex,

Have you been using the same USB port the whole time? I would suggest trying another USB port if your PC has it.

Also if you have another PC to try this one, I would try that as well.

Our China apps team is also looking into this issue.

can u share your ppc3 file, we can try it at our side.

or you can try open a new processflow, this pf's size is small, it should not take too long time for flashing script.
