Hello, we have two lots of RC4558DR, and they have different lead frame\die\wire bonding, is it normal?

    Hello Dongmei,

    This device went through a design change, and was moved to a 300mm wafer process. The PCN for this can be found here. The device on the left is from the new process, and the device on the right is from the old process. I traced both of the devices, and can confirm they are legitimate.
