Could you clarify more on the issue you are seeing? Is the scope showing the GPIO_Audio signal that is circled in the schematic? What are the different operating conditions between the two scope shots?

If this is an ASI signal, you can add a small resistance on these lines 22-100Ω. I am still not sure of the exact issue you are seeing.
What signal is shown in the scope? I only see one wave, but you circled six ASI signals in the schematic.
What introduces the ripple in the signal?
Can you show the effect on the output? Which output are you seeing the noise?
Please be as detailed as possible, as it will make it easier to help solve your issue.
Also, you should add pull-up resistors on the I2C lines if there are not already.
