    For TAS6424E datasheet value, you could take it as peak power.

    But different from Speaker, which already have fixed thermal dissipation conditions. IC's thermal dissipation mostly decided by the PCB and Heatsink design. If provided a better condition, the RMS power could be very close to peak power. No fixed value for RMS.
