TAD5212EVM-K: PC doesn't recognize the connection of EVM

Hi team,

My customer has tried to connect TAD5212EVM-K to PC via USB cable, but PPC3 doesn't recognize the connection of TAD5212EVM-K and PC. Could you please kindly advise me how to fix the issue?

My customer has tried the following things:

1. Firm connection between TAD5212EVM-K and PC via USB cable.

2. Changing the USB cable although the Green (POWER, D2) and Blue (USB READY) all LEDs are ON.

3. Re-installed PPC3 and TAC5x1x-Q1, but still cannot recognize the connection.

Thank you for the reply. This document is really helpful. My customer has tried the way listed on it, but still cannot recognize it.

The version of PPC and software version are below.

・PurePath Console：v3.3.0

・TAx5x1x-Q1：v3.0.4

Hi Yamamoto-san,

Yes, this is correct. Once you open this app, you will be able to select the TAD5212 from the "Select Device" dropdown window.
