Hi team,

I have a customer with the below question. Let me know what you think and thanks in advance!

"I have a question about the TPA3255DDVR thermal management :

How much thermal compound would TI recommend placing on the thermal pad for the ATS-TI10P-519-C1-R3 heatsink installation?"

    Hi Marco,

    I don't have an exact number, but the amount of thermal paste used should be enough to fully cover the thermal pad but not spew out the sides too much. I recommend starting with small amounts as the purpose is to seal the microscopic spaces.
