Hi Teams,

The customer used TPA3138D2 to make a PCB, but there is no sound when playing. The schematic is attached. Please help to see where the problem may be. Thank you

Hi Vayne,

Does customer use BTL or PBTL mode in this project? What are the J101/J102/J103/J104 used for and is it removable? How do the OUTPL/OUTNL/OUTPR/OUTNR connect to the speaker terminals actually? Thanks

Hi Peter,

The mode is BTL, with each speaker having two connectors—one for connecting the speaker and the other for linking to the audio algorithm board for echo cancellation.

The PCB board is now working properly.Thank you!
