Your request for access to PUREPATHCONSOLE has been denied.

How can I solve that?

Hi,

about business related information, I can say that I purchased a TPA6304Q1EVM Evaluation Module. So I need to use it, then I need the necessary SW package. I'm very surprised that a so complicated procedure is needed.

Hi Alessandro,

You should be added to both PPC3 and TPA6304-Q1 software's now. When you install the PPC3 app and sign in, the TPA6304-Q1 should show up. Please let us know if you have any issue accessing these or need any further support.

Hi,

now I can dowload the sw, but I have some issue to run it: when I try to run the NW.EXE in windows11 environment, it doesn't start, also with administrator privileges.

Is there some known issus like that?

It exists a workaround?

I believe this may be some firewall issue. Are you able to try on another PC? Can you share an image when you run into the install problem?
