DIT4096: Suitable Replacement for DIT4096?

I've been using the DIT4096 in a few products for several years now. I'm aware it's a pretty ancient IC at this point, but seeing it has moved to Last Time To Buy status is nonetheless a bit dissapointing. Are there any similar IC's to output AES-3 from an I2S input signal that can be configured in hardware? I'm aware the DIX4192 exists, but the RX functionality will go unused in my application, and the doubling in cost per channel isn't ideal.

Hi Thomas, Although we have a limited number of Tx or Rx or DIX, on transmitter side we have DIT4096 and DIT4192 (DIT4192) we also have DIX4192 as you mentioned above. So I think your option is the DIT4192 if you don't want to use DIX devices ( such as DIX9211 or DIX4192).

Hi Arash. I'm aware of the DIT4192, unfortunately it is also listed as "last time to buy." Unless that label is in error, that won't really solve my issue of needing an IC for current and future projects.

Noted. Unfurtunetly we don't have any other devices except the DIX devices , but of course the RX functionality will be unused for your use case. I don't believe new devices are on the roadmap either.
