Hi ti team,

The wireless microphone uses the TAC5212 chip, and we are currently encountering the following issue: Does the TAC5212 support an external 16 MHz clock input and generate a 12.288 MHz clock for BCLK via its internal PLL?

Hi,

Yes the TAC5212 can accept an external 16MHz CCLK and output a 12.288MHz BCLK when configured in controller mode:

You would need to input the CCLK at a GPIO pin and make the appropriate register selection:

Hello, I am currently stuck at the step of outputting 12.288MHz. PPC3 is configured as follows, but no waveform is measured on BLCK. Could you help check the configuration of the PPC3 page in detail? Also, does the Configure PLL circled in the picture need to be configured?

No, auto configuration is fine. How do you have the 16 MHz external MCLK connected on the EVM? Is the GPIO1 jumper set correctly?
