The TAS2320 is a strong candidate for this application due to its high efficiency and output capability. However, meeting the combined requirements of 110 dB @ 1m, 30 meters distance, 250 Hz–12.5 kHz frequency response, and a specific auditory FOV will require careful selection of the speaker driver, acoustic design, and potentially the use of a directional speaker array. Clarifying the FOV requirement is critical to proceed with the design. The requirement for "Minimum 100 deg, 80 deg with roll off" needs clarification. Does it mean the main beam should be 100 degrees with a roll-off starting at 80 degrees, or is it a typo? This will affect the acoustic design significantly.

Please provide more information for your application like power supply requirements, load configuration, maximum output power, digital or analog input, mono or stereo. Thanks

from your description, I think the requirement table refer to the system level requirement. in this case, I think you have to find a speaker first which can meet this requirement.
after you have the speaker, We can get the output power, impedance, etc.
according to the speaker spec, we can promote proper amplifier to fit the speaker, of course, along with the system's architecture requirement both of HW and SW.
