Hi Jeff,

it seems that the enclosed beads are similar to the one used on EVM. but the audio THD performance could not be compared as usually it is not listed in the DS. they can be used but please check the audio performance. and meantime, even the bead on EVM is just for reference, it could be changed if there is any EMI issue, the real product may have different EMI performance.

this depends on the output current of your design. it should be a little more than the max output current.
