LMV1091: LMV1091: Technical support availability for custom board Pre-AMP debugging

Hi TI Audio Team,

Our customer has designed a custom PCB based on the LMV1091 reference documentation (SNAA066B), as the official EVM is obsolete and no longer available.

Currently, they are facing an issue during board bring-up: when feeding a differential signal from an Audio Analyzer into the MIC1+ and MIC1- pins, the Pre-AMP gain cannot be properly amplified/controlled as expected.

Since LMV1091 is a legacy device, before we ask the customer to prepare and share their detailed design files, could you please confirm if TI team is still able to provide technical support (such as schematic review, I2C register setting check, and test setup verification) to help troubleshoot this issue on E2E?

If yes, please also let us know what specific information or test data you would need from the customer.

    please refer to the old answers to this part.

    "Unfortunately, we don't have any EVMs available for most of these old devices.
    This is a very specific device as it seems to include an analog noise cancelling block. Similar functionality could be implemented using op amps and ADC or CODEC with noise cancelling capabilities. Alternatively similar analog noise cancelling could be implemented with discrete electronics."

    this part seems has no registers, it is controlled by HW pins. customer should check the power supply, and input signal range. etc..
