PUREPATH-CMBEVM: PurePathConsole Access DENIED

Part Number: PUREPATH-CMBEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PUREPATHCONSOLE, TAS5830, TAS5825-SW

Please, can you help me? I've got alerady a customPCB with 2x TAS5825 and x TAS5830 for a project and need urgent access to PurePathConsole 3.

When I requested access, it took 3 days and it was denied :-(

How can I get hld of this software as need urgently to get my multichannel Audio Amp working asap?

We are a real small company based out of France and it's hard to believe we are denied access to such an essential tool from TI.

Thanks in advance for your time!

  • Hi Ronald,

Short answer: PPC3 access is granted per-account and consists of two separate permissions. A denial on one request does not mean the tool is unavailable to you — but it does need to be re-requested correctly.

    The two permissions you need

Permission Request link What it covers
PPC3 base application www.ti.com/.../PUREPATHCONSOLE The PurePath Console 3 installer itself
    TAS5825-SW device app www.ti.com/.../TAS5825-SW The TAS5825 plug-in inside PPC3
    TAS5830-SW device app www.ti.com/.../TAS5830-SW The TAS5830 plug-in inside PPC3

    Immediate unblock paths

    1. Use an approved corporate account. Access is tied to the specific TI account, not the domain — a denied account can stay blocked even with a corporate email address, whereas an approved colleague's corporate account can be used to log in and download/install the software
    2. Escalate the pending/denied request. Post the exact email address used on the request in this E2E thread and ask TI support to escalate it to the marketing team that owns approval. This is the documented route when a TAS5830-SW request sits unresolved for roughly a week

Re-request from your corporate domain (not a personal address) and state the project/part numbers — that is the practical difference in most approvals.
