Hello,

for my application I working with the pcm2906c which works fine on the WindowsXP , but on the Windows seven the input Line is recognized as a microphone input and the gain is very high. I can't find a setting in windows.

Can you confirm the part is PCM2906C and not PCM2906B? PCM2906C should be recognized as a line connector. This issue has been solved on C devices, an app note is linked here. (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sbfa020/sbfa020.pdf)

Hi Patrick,

excuse me you are right, we currently use the PCM2906B, because the PCM2906C is still preview. Is what you know when it will be available in sample ?
