Hi,

I am looking for rugged headphones that will operate with the new purepath wireless audio chip. And a suitable module that incorporates the TI device that I can feed an audio input into and it will transmit it to a set of headphones. If there is another technology better suited please let me know.

I also have a question about pairing, do these devices automatically pair with the headphones or does this need to be initiated?

Can anyone provide me with feedback on what I asked above?

I am currently looking at Bluetooth to go forward with instead because there isn't much information on purepath.

Hi Mark,

Are you looking to buy a single headphone or some OEM?

As for pairing both preparing, proximity pairing and pushing buttons on each side for pairing is possible?

Hi,

I am looking for an OEM supplier to do a cost comparison between purepath and bluetooth for my application. I want to encode analogue audio and transmit it to a pair of wireless headphones either using a module of some description (in the case of bluetooth) or building transmitter ourselves.
