Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM3070
Hi,
I'm designing a circuit using PCM3070. The device is really small. So the pcb layout out is pretty tight.
From the app. notes I understand that the device can be reset either by pulling low the reset pin or by a I2C command.
If both ways of resetting achieve the same result, I want to avoid running a trace from the PCM3070 reset pin to the MCU to save ( precious! ) space, and use I2C to reset.
Does anyone see a problem with that?
