I want to experiment with the lm1876 amplifier and want to know if I can leave the mute and standby pins free floating without logic high and low voltages. I want to use the amplifier in a powered speaker application but don't need to have standby and mute functionality. If they do require to be connected to voltage, how can I connect them simply without having to generate logic voltages for them? Any reply would be appreciated.
