LM49350 Mic Bias and IO_VDD

I am in the midst of layout and having a hard time getting all the parts to fit on the board.  I want to make changes and I am not sure how it will affect the performance of the codec.  I have attached my schematic for reference.

1.    The Port 1 and Port 2 I2S signals are connected to a processor with IO pins at +3.3V.  I have the codec IO_VDD connected to +1.8V.   Should IO_VDD be connected to +3.3V or is +1.8V sufficient.

2.    If +1.8V is sufficient can I use a single 0.1uF and a single 1.0uF for both pins;IO_Vdd and D_Vdd?

3.    I am using the Left Mic and the right Mic in single ended mode and I am using two resistors on the Mic bias pin.  I am only using the Left or the Right at any given time and not both.  Is there a problem with connecting Mic Bias in this manner.
