USB and I2S master without reprogramming

Hello, I want to create HiFi stereo wireless connection to my DAC. On slave I simply connect I2S output from CC85XX to my 2x PCM1704 based DAC with I2S data format. On the Master I want USB input and also S/PDIF input (via DIR9001 to I2S). I understand that I can reprogram CC85X1 for USB input OR for I2S input. It will be possible in a future to switch between these two modes without reprogramming? For example switching via some button or switch.

    Hi Pavel, 

    Like you say, you will have to reprogram the boards for this to work with today's firmware offering.

    We do not normally disclose or promise anything for our future FW upgrades but we definitely appreciate the feedback. We do monitor these forum sections for ideas and the past two FW releases has to some extent been driven by feature requests here in the E2E forums.
